The Earl of Manchester’s Regiment took part in another great event at the weekend, this time just down the road from Barnsley in the stunning setting of Wentworth Castle. A big thanks to our Royalist friends in The Marquess of Newcastle’s Regiment of Foote for a great time and such a fantastic location.
The Saturday evening was ‘Ladies Night’ in the Manchester’s camp, with the women of the regiment getting dolled up and behaving scandalously, while the men took part in such manly pursuits as ‘Yorkshire Boules’ and ‘wearing a flat cap’…
